St John's and Christ Church Annual General Meeting 2021
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and the Annual Vestry Meeting for Election of Churchwardens will take place, via Zoom, on Wednesday 21st April, starting at 8pm. We informally refer to these two meetings together as the AGM.
Attending the AGM
You are eligible to vote at the APCM if you attend the meeting and are on the electoral roll. We are using an electronic voting system, so in order to vote you must do the following:
If you do not register, you will not be able to vote. Everyone must register, even if you are already on one of the church email lists.
- Be able to access emails during the meeting: you must be able to receive and act on emails during the APCM. This doesn't have to be on the same device that you are using to attend the meeting.
The email address you supply will only be used to enable voting at the APCM and will not be kept after the meeting.
The agenda, the 2020 Annual Report and Summary Accounts, the Minutes of the 2020 AGM and full accounts are available to download from the Resources Tab (you must be logged in as a Member to view these). Paper copies will not be available.
